Corría el año 1997 y los Boyz II Men eran uno de los artistas mas importantes y vendedores en el mercado yankee y por lo tanto todo lo que oliera a ellos pues era casi casi un éxito asegurado. Y este fue el caso de este Uncle Sam (nombre real Sam Turner) que firmó por el sello que los de Philadelphia tenían esos días; Stonecreek Records.
Además algunos de los temas de su disco de debut (y creo que único) estaban firmados por algún miembro del grupo, como es el caso de esta preciosa balada que perfectamente podría haber sido incluida en alguno de los álbumes de Boyz II Men.
