Tras prácticamente una década fuera de los escenarios (mas centrado en sus pelicullias) Elvis decide volver a lo grande y prepara un especial de televisión para la NBC. Su éxito le hace salir nuevamente de gira y en 1970 el International Hotel de Las vegas se convierte en su residencia por 57 conciertos.Allí, acompañado de algunos de los mejores músicos y con los coristas de (entre otros) Aretha Franklin, "The Sweet Inspirations", ofrece esta brutal rendición del tema de Mark James.
